There was a divine intersection of a bureaucratic loophole and an extremely generous grandfather, and Mallory and I will be taking R&R in the States in May. The catch is that Mal has to stay with his grandfather and granduncle over the F2F weekend, learning the correct way to make a sundae, while I go haring off for my first baby-free time in a couple years.
SO PSYCHED!!! I have the tickets! It can't be turned off again!!!
