Well, that's something anyway...

People have started to ask me if I've lost weight - yay!  According to the scale, I've lost 5 pounds and a percentage point of fat in the last 4 weeks, which is exactly the rate I want.  Actually, I was hoping for a pound a week, but I'm assuming the extra pound was lost in the form of Stephan cel Mare's Revenge while in Moldova. 

Random question:  what's a piratey or nautical or Age of Sail word for picture or image or illustration?
