Does smoked salmon in a box ever go bad? We were given some 2 years ago and it's still in the cupboard. There's no expiration date.

Are there any self-tanners that are worth anything? My legs are freaking white, too white for summer clothes, and I don't want to (and probably don't have time to) get a tan the old-fashioned way.
